The Bismarck-Mandan Preliminary Scholarship Pageant is dedicated to providing scholarships for you to fulfill your educational goals. We encourage you to browse through our site and you will learn how our young girls and women are fulfilling their dreams. You can too!
If you are a parent or guardian of a potential contestant, there is one major point we would like to get across - WE ARE NOT "Toddlers and Tiaras."
